When the boys create a special hidden room in her attic for her to escape to. He trusted her and she needs to trust them. She ends up taking the nail out, but the point of this was to show that trust is the number one thing in any relationship. She looks at him confused and say there is no way I'm doing that, I'm not a doctor. Green turns to Sang and says take it out. He has a nail from a nail gun stuck in his leg. He takes Sang with him to the hospital to keep her company while the other boys are on a mission. Green is an actual doctor who is part of the academy along with the rest of the boys. This moment just puts a smile on my face because it shows trust. When Sang pulls out a nail from a boys leg in the hospital. But when the boys save her you can't help but love them even more.

At this point in the series you already hate the step mother and this just adds to the fury. The moment the boys come to the rescue and find her is the part that warms my heart because they are always there for her. She feels like she is alone doesn't know how much longer she will be stuck there. Her cellphone that the boys had given her is at the bottom of the shower, and she has not way to reach the boys.
She is stuck in the shower for hours with scolding hot water that eventually runs cold. This moment just makes me cringe even thinking about it. This is the most disturbing moments in the series. Sang's mother ties Sang to a stool and puts her in the shower with the water scolding hot. I like this quote because it is the first time that I can tell Sang is smiling because of happiness and it isn't forced happiness. Now that she is with these boys she can't help but blush. I couldn't help but blush as she blushed because she is the type of girl that doesn't get complimented a lot. This is the first sign of affection any of the boys gives her. At this moment Sang is pouting and Victor hits on her for the first time.
Victor says this as they pull into a complex to get Silas.Sang doesn't know all of the boys at this point yet, but she wants to be friends with these guys. This quote is from the first book in the series Introductions. This is when they first met Sang and are starting to include her in their group of friends. This nickname is so much sweeter than babe or hun, this shows his love for her. When she asks him to stay for not only her but also for his safety, says this and it just makes me crumble. Nathan is having some issues at home with his father and Sang wants him to stay with her. They all have nicknames for Sang, but when Nathan calls her Peanut I can't help but smile. Although Nathan isn't my favorite character this is one of my favorite quotes because Nathan is so sweet to her. He and all the other boys would do anything to keep her safe. This is one of my favorites because of how compassionate Victor is toward her and how protective he is. He is there to protect her and he won't let anything happen to her again. This quote shows Victor's affection toward her. She is crying and sobbing, she snuggles into him. Victor picks her up and holds her close and says this to her. She can't will herself to get in the shower, and shower, after what happened. This quote is said by Victor when Sang tries to shower after the moment when her step mother tied her up to the stool. With these boys in her life she is beginning to trust them more and more. They are what she needs because of how her household was when she grew up.
Sang has always been mistreated and abused and these boys are showing her that abuse is not what family is about. I love this quote because Sang has never really had a family and they are treating her like their own. "You're one of us, Sang, we're in this together. These boys are here for her even when she doesn't need them. This is one of the many quotes that show how much they really care. She needs their help even though she doesn't want it. She tries to not put her whole life in their hands, but that's all she can do. The boys try to show that trust is the most important thing in their lives. This quote really stood out to me because it shows how the boys care for her. The translation is, "My angel I wish I could kiss you". This quote, said in Greek, is said to Sang by Silas. "Angele mou makari na borousa na se filiso."
